What we are looking for:
IntelePeer is seeking a seasoned, strategic, and collaborative Director of Data Analysis to lead our data analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our AI by leveraging data to enhance our market-leading position in delivering transformative AI and customer interaction automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Data Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with IntelePeer’s business goals and drives growth.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to gain visibility into omnichannel customer interactions, providing actionable insights to improve customer experience and business operations.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring the development of skills and expertise in AI, NLP, data analytics, and machine learning.
Product Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Customer Interaction Analytics: Conduct and oversee customer interaction intent studies to identify gaps in the customer journey and provide recommendations for improvements.
Innovation and Automation: Drive the integration of advanced analytics and automation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Implement a continuous improvement process for data analytics, ensuring ongoing enhancement of data quality and analytic capabilities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master’s in a Technical Area or MBA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in managing data analytics teams, particularly within B2B SaaS, AI, and customer experience domains.
Technical Expertise: Proven track record with AI, NLP, data analytics, and machine learning. Experience with product prototyping and roadmap management tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product portfolios.
