Job Summary:
Experienced Product Leader to join our team to drive the development and execution of the IntelePeer automation strategy. This position is essential for ensuring the Intelepeer platform provides outcomes that enhance customer engagement and streamline the Conversational AI and automated interactions across calls, chats, SMS/MMS and other channels.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize and build innovative features that meet the evolving needs of our customers. The successful candidate is passionate about customer experience, automation and AI.
Responsibilities:
List the essential job duties that are specific to the position.
- Be the champion for our users and drive the development of our workflow platform in conjunction with the AI & Data Product team.
- Manage a team of PMs to define and ship various aspects of the platform.
- Craft and implement a forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop comprehensive business cases and financial models to guide product development and investment.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching market trends, customer needs, and the latest in automation, AI , data and analytics technology.
- Serve as the go-to expert on IntelePeer platform products and services, spreading the word both internally and externally.
- Work directly with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, marketing, managed solutions, and sales—to lead the delivery of outstanding data products on time and within budget.
- Work closely with customers CX leadership, internal application teams , LOB leaders, analysts, and other business stakeholders to ensure automation and workflow products are meeting the business needs.
- Ensure our products meet all security and data privacy standards, working closely with legal and infosec teams
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with modern product management tools and methodologies
- Experience building technology solutions in the Customer Support, Customer Experience Management, CCaaS, UCaaS and related domains.
- Experience with self-service solutions and business and process automation along with familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, technologies, and platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Demonstrated success in delivering products on time and within budget.
- Problem solver driven by curiosity and desire to take action.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- At least 7 years management experience, preferably in the customer experience, contact center and interaction automation domains
- Experience/Understanding of privacy by design & privacy requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, etc) in the context of Big Data and ML.
- Experience working with product management tools including Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence.
