Senior Director, New Logo Sales (US Remote)
Seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead a high-performing team of 5-7 sales professionals.

What we are looking for:
- Seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead a high-performing team of 5-7 sales professionals.
- Focus on coaching and guiding the team in deal pursuits and developing effective sales strategies in the AI and contact center solutions space.
- Ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of advanced digital technologies (e.g., conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management) and experience in the contact center as a service space (CCaaS).
- Proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for driving growth in the customer experience (CX) market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Coaching:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated sales team.
- Provide coaching on deal pursuits, negotiation tactics, and effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Analyze and adapt strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
- Deal Pursuit Management:
- Provide guidance on complex deal pursuits.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability among team members.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish clear sales targets and KPIs.
- Track progress and provide actionable feedback to drive performance.
- Utilize data analytics to assess deal pipelines and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the AI or contact center industry.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to develop successful sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
